PERRY TO REGISTER CAR IN MA
After registering his new car in NH
and getting
the backing of the Eagle~Tribune (who gave
him a free pass) N.A. School Committeeman
Al Perry insisted he was not breaking the law
and threatened to sue The Valley Patriot for
calling his out of state registration "Illegal"
So, The Valley Patriot posted the NH statute
Thurs. proving that he needed to register
his car in MA. Well, guess what folks,
PERRY NOW CLAIMS HE IS NOW REGISTERING
HIS CAR IN MA!

Deputy Tax Collector Vicky Fogg has
provided The Valley Patriot with the NH
LAW regarding
nonresident registration of
vehicles in the state of NH. Though
NA School
Committeeman Perry insist his car is "legally"
registered," Fogg stated on the record that,
by law, a nonresident "cannot
register a
car in New Hampshire unless the car is
garaged EXCLUSIVELY
in New Hampshire."
AL Perry has admitted that his car is garaged
equally between NH and MA, (a clear
violation of the statute).
